01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Maglev Softwares, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our software, consulting services, or digital products.
02 Services Provided
Maglev Softwares provides software development, web and mobile app development, AI integration, SaaS solutions, automation systems, and technology consulting. Our services are provided “as-is” and are subject to continuous evolution and improvement.

03 User Obligations
To ensure the integrity of our services and working process, users must adhere to the following responsibilities:

04 Intellectual Property Rights
All code, designs, frameworks, and proprietary systems developed by Maglev Softwares remain the intellectual property of Maglev Softwares unless explicitly transferred through a separate written agreement.
Our Property
Internal frameworks, reusable codebases, design systems, UI components, automation engines, and delivery methodologies.
Your Data
Proprietary business data, client materials, customer records, and unique business logic supplied by you.
05 Payments & Fees
Service fees and billing terms are defined in individual proposals, contracts, or project agreements.
- • Project fees may be fixed-price, milestone-based, or hourly.
- • Payment schedules will be outlined in the applicable agreement.
- • Delayed payments may result in paused delivery or suspended access.
- • Scope changes or additional features may incur additional charges.
06 Termination of Services
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination.
07 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Maglev Softwares, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on our services.
08 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of New Delhi.
